摘　　要：目的研究锁阳的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱层析、重结晶等方法对锁阳乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,然后通过1H-NMR、13H-NMR、MS等手段鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到9个化合物,经鉴定分别为十八烷酸α-单甘油酯(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、正丁酸(3)、细梗香草内酯(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、原儿茶酸(6)、儿茶素(7)、没食子酸(8)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(9)。结论化合物9为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1和3为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. METHODS Silica gel column and recrystallization were used to isolate and purify the ethyl acetate portion of C. songaricum. Then their structures were identified by1H-NMR,13H-NMR and MS. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as stearic acid α-monoglyceride（ 1）,β-sitosterol（ 2）,n-butyric acid（ 3）,dapilliplactone（ 4）,daucosterol（ 5）,protocatechuic acid（ 6）,catechin（ 7）,gallic acid（ 8） and epicatechin gallate（ 9）. CONCLUSION Compound 9 is isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1 and 3 are firstly isolated from this plant.
