摘 要:在机电负荷、污秽及环境温湿度等共存的长期环境影响下,盘形悬式瓷绝缘子瓷件内微孔将逐渐扩展,直至开裂受潮,机械强度和绝缘性能丧失,对电网安全稳定运行构成极大隐患。笔者对某电厂带电检测过程中发现的低(零)值瓷绝缘子在实验室中进行了验证实验研究,进一步分析了低(零)值绝缘子的热像特征及电晕特点,验证了红外热像检测低(零)值瓷绝缘子的有效性,紫外成像检测对低(零)值瓷绝缘子能起到一定的辅助检测作用,并提出了一些绝缘子红外图谱的有效分析方法,对电力系统的绝缘工作起到积极的指导意义。Under the long-term effects of mechanical and electrical load, pollution, temperature and humidity environment factors, the pores in the cap and pin ceramic insulators will be expanding gradually, until cracking and damping, and then the loss of mechanical strength and insulating properties, which cause a hidden danger on the safe and stable operation of power grid. The low(zero) resistance insulators which are found during the energized test in the power plant are verified and studied in the laboratory, the thermal image and corona characteristics are further analyzed, the effectiveness for the infrared thermal imaging to detect low (zero) resistance insulator is verified, the ultraviolet imaging detection could play a secondary role to detect low (zero) resistance insulator. Some effective analytical methods about infrared spectrums are also proposed. It gives positive significances for the insulation work on the electrical system.
