摘  要:为研究高压直流输电线路积污特性,准确设计线路绝缘配置,通过对兴安±500 k V直流输电线路沿线具有代表性、典型性的运行绝缘子串开展人工污秽度取样与测量,对绝缘子自然积污特性及污秽化学成分的来源开展研究。结果表明:±500 k V直流输电线路绝缘子串积污情况受大气环境的影响,影响的大小随着离污染源距离的变化而变化;不同污染源生成的污染物不同,对绝缘子表面积污情况的影响也不同;各因素中,材质对积污的影响最大,其次是污染源,最后是直流极性的影响;而同一环境下,直流线路直流极类型对绝缘子污秽度基本没有影响。文章同时分析了±500 k V直流输电线路污秽物阴阳离子成分,研究成果可指导运行部门优化架空输电线路的外绝缘配置、制定运行维护策略。For the study of UHV DC transmission line characteristics of the contamination in order to accurately design the line insulation configuration, a representative, artificial contamination of the typical run-insulator strings in +-500 kV XingJan DC transmission lines are sampled and measured, the research of insulator natural characteristics and the pollution chemical composition are carried out. The results show that: the contamination condition of +-500 kV DC transmission line insulator strings is influenced by the atmospheric environment, the degree of the influence is changed with the distance from the pollution sources; different pollutants are generated by different sources, and have different effects on the surface contamination condition of the insulator strings; the material has the largest influence on the contamination among various factors , followed by the pollution source, and finally the DC polarity; and under the same environment, the DC pole type had no effect on the contamination condition of insulator. The zwitterion composition of contamination in +-500 kV DC transmission line is also analyzed, the research results can guide the operation department to carry out the optimization of the external insulation configuration of overhead transmission line, and set out the operating maintenance strategy.
