摘  要:针对球床过冷水(单相)流动传热特性等效模型开展实验研究,分析各热工参数对等效模型流动传热特性的影响规律,并拟合出等效模型的阻力系数和换热系数经验关系式。实验参数范围为:雷诺数467~3350,热流密度50~150 k W/m2。实验结果表明:在本实验参数范围内,压降随表观流速的增加而增大,呈二次方关系;压降随流体进口温度的增加而减小;换热系数随热流密度和表观流速的增加而增大。Within the range of Reynolds number from 467 to 3350, and heat flux from 50 to 150 kW/m2, the experimental investigation was carried out on the flow and heat transfer characteristics of subcooling water (single phase) for equivalent model of sphere bed. The effects of thermal parameters on the flow and heat transfer characteristics of equivalent model were analyzed, and the experimental correlations of the flow resistance coefficient and heat transfer coefficient were obtained. The experimental results show that the pressure drop is increased quadratically with the increasing of superficial velocity, and the pressure drop increases with the decreasing of inlet temperature. The convection heat transfer coefficient increases with the increasing of heat flux and superficial velocity.
