摘 要:设备搬运工装的设计和应用有利于安全、高效地完成工厂易地搬迁任务。装盘机整体搬运很容易导致连接处变形、断裂;卸盘机直接竖直搬运会超过高限,运输时会因晃动而倾覆;两设备都没有合适吊点。通过对设备的结构、尺寸、材料、重量等进行严究分析,设计方案为:1为装盘机设计安装整体搬运工装;2为卸盘机设计安装倒放搬运工装;3工装有加固、支撑的功能,也设计有吊点;4充分利用设备上已有的螺孔或工艺孔加固工装,不对设备进行钻孔等加工。搬运工装设计巧妙、实用,实现了对装盘机的整体搬运,解决了卸盘机难以运输的难题,显著减少了工作量。The designs and applications of the handling equipments are conducive to complete the factory relocation project safely and effectively. For Tray filler, entirety handling easily lead to joint deformation and fracture. For Tray unloader, if with direct vertical handling method, its height may exceeds some facilities upper limit, also easily waggle and tumble in the truck,. Both tray filler and tray unloader have no applicable lifting points. Through analyzing the structure, size, material, weight, the relocation handling solutions are created. ①Entirety handling equipment is designed and installed on Tray filler. ②Rollover handling equipment is designed and installed on Tray unloader. ③The equipments have function of reinforce and support, also have lifting points. ④Make full use of existing screw holes and auxiliary holes, any drilling or other machining is unnecessary. The designs of the handling equipments are ingenious and practical, make entirety handling come true for Tray filler, make the difficult transportation problem be solved for Tray unloader, also reduce the workload significantly.
