摘 要:针对飞机零件工艺装备结构相似、细节结构变化大的特点,提出了一种基于参数化模块的飞机零件工艺装备变型设计的方法。基于零件的相似性和工艺要求提取飞机零件工装产品族,在产品族内对模块进行划分与组合实现变型设计。基于设计结构矩阵的方法对零件工装进行模块划分,并对划分后的模块进行参数化设计。当有新的工装设计任务时,可以通过比对零件特征以及工艺找到对应产品族,通过产品族内模块选择与组合,并基于参数化修改达到快速变型设计的目的。最后以飞机常用钣金零件翻边成形模具进行实例验证验证。According to aircraft parts toolings' characteristic, a variant design method for aircraft parts toolings based on parametric module was proposed. Based on similarity of parts and manufacturing process, the toolings' product families were extracted, within which variant design was realized through modules division and combination. Module division of aircraft parts toolings was done by the method of Design Structure Matrix. Next, parametric design for partitioned modules was done. When a new tooling design task was obtained, we can find the corresponding product family through contrasting part features and manufacturing processes, then modules will be deployed within the product family. If deployed modules need to modify, parametric design can help do this. By this way, the variant design is achieved. Finally, an example of forming die for aircraft sheet metal parts was provided to illustrate the application of this method.
