摘 要:针对国产控压钻井节流阀节流特性差、使用寿命短、设计方法不科学等问题,设计了一种新型筒形控压钻井节流阀。介绍了该节流阀的整体结构、阀芯阀座设计方法、阀腔尺寸的优化方法,并对节流特性进行了试验验证。试验测试结果与理论吻合,表明该节流阀控压线性度好,设计方法合理。通过克里金响应面法优化了阀腔尺寸,提高阀芯使用寿命高达30.2%。该节流阀的研制方法为节流阀的设计提供了一种科学可重复的设计思路,为节流阀的进一步设计提供了理论参考。该节流阀在节流阀特性和使用寿命等方面的优势将在一定程度上促进控压钻井技术在国内的推广。To solve the problems of domestic throttle valves, such as bad throttling characteristics, short service life and unscientific design method, a new type of cylinder throttle valve used in MPD was designed. The whole structures, design technique of valve plug and seat, optimum design of valve chamber was introduced. What is more, the throttle characteristic was test by experiment. Good agreements are observed between experimental and theoretical results, indicating that the valve has good linear pressure control characteristic and the design technique is appropriate. Kriging response surface optimum method was applied to find proper chamber dimension to enhance service life of valve plug up by 30.2%. The method used to design the new cylinder throttle valve offers a scientific and repeatable solution to design various valves and provides theoretical reference for further design. To a certain extent, the advantages in throttle characteristic and service life will promote application of managed pressure drilling technology in China.
