摘  要:针对产品创新设计问题,提出了基于TRIZ理论理想解的产品创新设计策略,运用TRIZ理想解规则检验创新设计方案理想化水平,对于不满足理想解特点的创新设计方案采用最合适发明原理的原则选择发明原理改进、优化创新设计方案,为充分解决实现创新设计方案的改进、优化设计提供了一条有效的处理途径。最后通过全自动洗衣机自清洁结构创新设计实例验证了该策略的可行性和正确性。In order to deal with product innovative design problems, this paper provides a new design strategy based on the criteria of the ideal solution with TRIZ theory which can test the ideal level of the innovative design scheme. When the design scheme unsatisfied the ideal solution characteristics, the principle of choosing suitable invention theory is introduced to perform design improvement and optimization thus to provide an effective way to carry out innovative design improvement, optimization design of products. With a case study of the innovative design of self- cleaning mechanism for automatic washing machine, the feasibility and correctness of this design strategy was verified.
