摘　　要：对焦炉煤气制甲醇装置中原来使用的U形管式水冷器进行了分析,决定改用固定管板式水冷器并重新进行设计。改进后的水冷器其经济性优于原水冷器,且易于维护。In this article, the original U-tube water cooler of the methanol synthesis unit which uses the coke oven gas as raw material, is replaced by the fixed tube-sheet water cooler. It has been proven that the improvement design is successful since the modified water cooler is more economical and durable.
