摘  要:目的:探讨规范化呼吸训练在多层螺旋 CT(MSCT)胸部检查中的临床应用价值。方法2名技师分别在16层 CT 和64层 CT 采集规范化呼吸训练前后的胸部图像,共200例。2名医师对图像的伪影进行等级评分。使用 t 检验比较规范化呼吸训练前后所采集图像的伪影程度和扫描前的准备时间有无差异。结果在16层 CT 上,比较规范化呼吸训练前后伪影等级评分,对于中、下肺区,P 值分别为0.017和0.003,具有统计学意义;而上肺区没有统计学差异。在64层 CT 上,规范化呼吸训练前后在上、中、下肺区图像伪影等级评分均没有统计学差异。在16层 CT 和64层 CT 上,比较规范化呼吸训练前后扫描前准备时间,P 值均〈0.05,无统计学意义。结论在16层 CT 的胸部检查中,对于中、下肺区,规范化呼吸训练能明显减少呼吸运动伪影,改善图像质量;同时规范化呼吸训练并未增加扫描之前的准备时间。Objective To investigate the clinical value of applying standardized respiratory training in multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT)of the thorax.Methods 200 randomly extracted patients were scanned respectively with or without standard-ized respiratory training by two experienced technicians,operating 1 6-slice CT and 64-slice CT.And then two radiologists assessed the artifacts on the images.t test was used to compare the scores of respiratory motion artifacts on thorax CT images and the prepa-ration time with or without standardized respiratory training.Results On the 1 6-slice CT images of thorax,there was no statistical significance for the upper lung with or without standardized respiratory training while for the middle and lower lobe of the lung,the artifact assessment showed statistical significance,with P values as 0.01 7 and 0.003.On the 64-slice CT images,no statistical sig-nificance were found for the whole lung.Comparisons of the preparation time with or without standardized respiratory training showed no statistical significance in both the 1 6-slice and the 64-slice CT scanning,P values being more than 0.05.Conclusion The standardized respiratory training is helpful in reducing respiratory motion artifact in the middle and lower lobe of lung in the 1 6-slice CT scanning,improving image quality.Preparation time is not increased by the training process.
