摘　　要：当代协商民主的提出,凸显了妥协理念在政治运行中的重要意义。作为理念性存在,政治妥协是一种避免两败俱伤,谋求共识和发展的自觉性和相对持续的行为意识与价值信仰。它以相互尊重和公共理性为基础,具有愿意改变的开放性和灵活的协调性特征,是协商民主顺利运行并最终实现其价值与功能的基本理念和思想资源,有助于塑造协商民主的主体意识,保障协商主体的充分表达,提高协商民主的有效性。然而,协商民主并非完美的民主制度,需要在政治妥协的理念倡导下,通过设置多种议题和建立多样化协商制度形式,注重引导有差异性的公民和执政者参与协商,尽量维持协商过程中持续的合作与妥协,以促进协商民主的发展和完善。The presenting of contemporary deliberative democracy highlight the importance or ponncal compromise. As a conceptual resistance, political compromise is the behavior consciousness and value belief that pursue the ＂win-win＂ situation and developing consensus. The idea of political compromise is based on mutual respect and the public rationality, has characteristics of openness, willing to change and flexibility, which can help deliberative democracy running smoothly and reatizing its value through shaping subject consciousness of negotiation participants, setting up a variety of issues and negotiation forms to encourage different citizens and rulers to participate in various negotiations in order to promote the development of the deliberative democracy.
