摘  要:目的探讨阿坝州引种玛卡的抗疲劳作用。方法将小鼠随机均分为空白对照组、0.4 g·kg-1人参皂苷组及引种玛卡组(5、2.5、1.25 g·kg-1),ig给药30 d后,检测小鼠的游泳时间、尿素氮、肝糖原和乳酸等指标,统计分析其检测结果。结果引种玛卡和人参皂苷均能明显增加小鼠负重游泳的时间;显著抑制血清尿素氮的升高;显著增加因过度运动所致肝糖原含量的降低;明显地降低过度运动后产生的血乳酸堆积。结论阿坝州引种玛卡有显著抗疲劳的作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti fatigue effect of Maca introduced to Aba. METHODS The mice were randomly allocated into normal control group,ginsenoside 0.4 g·kg^-1 group and 5 g·kg^-1 ,2.5 g·kg^-1, 1.25 g·kg^-1 introduced Maca groups. The corresponding index swimming time of mice, urea mitrogen, hepatic glycogen, and lactic acid was detected ',flier intragastric 30 d detection. RESULTS The introduced Maca and ginsenoside could significantly increase the swimming time of weight - loading mice ; and inhibited significantly the increase of serum urea nitrogen. For excessive movement, the consumption of hepatic glycogen content was increased significantly;the blood lactic acid accumulation after overtraining was significantly reduced. CONCLUSION The introduced Maca in Aba Prefecture has significant anti fatigue effect.
