摘  要:目的测定石仙桃中两个二氢菲类化合物的含量。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法从石仙桃中分离得到2,7-二羟基-3,4,6-三甲氧基-9,10-双氢菲(DTDP)和coelonin,采用超高效液相色谱法测定其含量。结果分离到DTDP和coelonin,其含量分别为0.24%、0.28%。结论所用方法准确、简便、快速,可用于石仙桃药材成分的含量控制。OBJECTIVE To determine 2,7 - dihydroxy - 3,4,6 - trimethoxy - 9,10 - dihydrophenanthrene (DTDP) and coelonin concentrations in Pholidota chinensis. METHODS Pure DTDP and coelonin were separated from P. chinensis by colume chromatogra- phy with silica gel. Then, isolated compounds were used as standards for UPLC determination of two chemicals in P. chinensis. RESULTS DTDP and coelonin were successfully separated from P. chinensis. DTDP and coelonin were determined to be 0.24% and 0. 28% , respectively. CONCLUSION The method established is precise, time - saving, stable and suitable for 9,10 - dihydrophenan- threnes determination in P. chinensis.
