含二氮杂萘酮联苯结构的聚芳醚腈共聚物的合成及其性能

摘　　要：以类双酚单体4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮,2,6-二氯苯腈和对苯二酚为原料,K2CO3为催化剂,通过溶液聚合法合成了含二氮杂萘酮联苯结构的聚芳醚腈共聚物(1),其结构和性能经FT-IR,GPC,DSC和TGA表征。结果表明,1的Mn为2.03×104,Mw为4.35×104,1具有良好的热性能及溶解性。The phthalazinone-containing polyarylene ether nitrile copolymer（1 ） was synthesized using 2,6-dichlorobenzonitrile, hydroquinone and bisphenol-like monomer, 4- （ 4-hydroxyphenyl ） -phthla- zin-1 （2H）-one as the starting materials. The structure and properties of 1 were characterized by FT- IR, GPC, DSC and TGA. The results showed that Mn and Mw of 1 were 2.03 ×10^4 and 4.35 ×10^4, respectively. 1 exhibited good thermal properties and solubility.
