祛痰化瘀法对血栓性浅静脉炎痰瘀互结证血脂及血液流变学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察祛痰化瘀法对血栓性浅静脉炎痰瘀互结证治疗前后的血脂、血液流变学的变化情况,探讨祛痰化瘀法防治血栓性浅静脉炎的可能作用机制。方法患者125例采用祛痰化瘀法内服外敷,疗程2个月,测定治疗前后测定血脂及血液流变学并观察临床疗效。结果 125例患者脱落7例,治愈20例,好转95例,无效3例,总有效率为97.46%。与治疗前比较,三酰甘油、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和血流变各项指标红细胞压积、红细胞聚集系数、血浆黏度、全血黏度均明显改善(均P<0.01)。结论祛痰化瘀法能调节血栓性浅静脉炎痰瘀互结证血脂代谢紊乱,改善血液流变学异常状态,对血栓性浅静脉炎痰瘀互结证有一定疗效。Objective： To explore the potential of mechanism on curing superficial thrombotic phlebitis with TD- PES by detecting and comparing the levels of blood lipid and hemorheology before and after treatment. Methods： 125 cases were treated internally and externally with TDPES for 2 months,the levels of blood lipid and hemorhe- ology accurately detected before and after treatment and the clinical curative observed. Results： At the end of the 2-month treatment, 7 cases were lost follow-up, 20 cases were cured, 95 improved and 3 invalid. Compared with pre-treatment, there were obvious changes in the level of TG, TC, LDL and hemorrheo!ogy para^neter-hematocrit, RBC aggregation,plasma viscosity and blood viscosity （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： TDPES can regulate abnormal blood lipid metabolism,improve the abnormal state of hemorheology, and thus have a certain clinical curative ef- fect on turbid phlegm and blood stasis in superficial thrombotic phlebitis.
