摘　　要：目的 探讨不同类型阑尾炎性病变的彩色多普勒超声特征。方法 回顾性分析2011年7月~2012年7月于我院经腹腔镜手术确诊的41例阑尾炎性病变患者的彩超检查结果,并与术后病理结果进行对比。结果 41例患者中,超声提示单纯性阑尾炎33例,化脓性阑尾炎8例。术后病理诊断单纯性阑尾炎31例,化脓性阑尾炎10例。结论 彩色多普勒超声可较好地检出各种类型的阑尾炎性病变,诊断符合率较高,可为临床手术提供重要的参考依据,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the color Doppler ultrasonic features of different clinical types of appendicitis lesions. Methods Color Doppler ultrasonic images of 41 cases of patients with appendicitis lesions who had been confirmed by laparoscopic operation in the hospital from July 2011 to July 2012 were retrospectively analyzed and compared with post-operative pathological results. Results Among all the 41 cases, there were 33 cases with simple appendicitis and 8 purulent appendicitis according to the ultrasonic imaging; while the post-operative pathologically-diagnosed results indicated 31 cases of simple appendicitis and 10 purulent appendicitis. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound demonstrated its superiority of higher diagnosis coincidence rate in detection of various types of appendicitis lesions, which deserved wider popularization.
