摘　　要：本文介绍了我院远程医学系统软硬件的升级改造及与其他系统的集成过程。系统硬件升级改造,采用华为三层交换机替换了原有的D-Link交换机;软件以Web CON会诊软件替代了原有的"会诊客户端Sat CON_Client"和"服务器端Sat CON_Server"两个软件。升级改造后的远程医学系统与医院信息系统、医学影像存档与通信系统、医生工作站和电子病历系统无缝连接,实现了资源共享。This paper exemplified the practices of No. 251 Hospital of PLA in upgrading and transformation of the software and hardware of the satellite tele-medicine system as well as its integration with other systems. In the aspects of hardware upgrading and transformation, Huawei 3-Level Switch was applied instead of previous D-Link Switch. As for the sofhvare upgrading, the previously-used tele-medieine software for client Sat_CON Client and for server SatCON Server were replaced with a tele-medicine software Web CON, The upgraded and transformed tele-medicine system proved its success in seamless connection with HIS （Hospital Information Systems）, PACS （Picture Arehiving and Communication Systems）, physician＇s workstation and EMR （Electronic Medical Records）, which achieved data sharing.
