摘　　要：采用C/S体系架构开发一套适合我院门诊应用的信息管理系统,本文详细介绍了系统的架构、功能设计和系统开发的全过程。系统既体现了以病人为中心的服务理念,又能帮助医生迅速提升门诊工作效率、确保医疗质量与安全。This paper took the practice of North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital in its development of a suitable hospital outpatient information management system with the C/ S （Client/Sever） infrastructure as a successful example. The full-process design and development of its structure and fimctions were also expounded in detail. This system not only reflected the patient-centered service philosophy, but also contributed for the quickly-improved work efficiency of Department of Outpatient and ensured the quality and safety of medical services.
