摘　　要：为了规范医疗器械网电源变压器的过热检测方法,提高检测效率,本文针对不同的变压器保护装置,给出了总的网电源变压器的过热检测流程,并分析了检测过程中的注意事项,包括变压器无保护装置的情况、短路试验的数据收集、过载状态的确定以及绕组温升的正确测量。针对常见的检测不合格问题,本文还给出了可供参考的整改意见,并以实际变压器的过热检测为例给出了相关测试数据和检测结果。The flow chart and precautions of overheating tests for various protection devices of main power supply transformers were given in this paper, including the status of transformers without protection devices, data collection of short-circuit tests, determination of the over-loading status as well as proper measurement of temperature rise of transformer winding, in order to standardize the testing methods and improve testing efficiency for medical equipment. In view of common unqualified problems during testing, the paper also provided modification and revision suggestions for references. Finally, the overheating test was taken as an example to show the test data and results.
