摘　　要：针对临床医学检验中粪便标本"开放传递"的不规范性送检情况,本文设计了一种一次性样品留样采集器。该装置主要由取样筒和留样筒构成,取样筒内设有活塞,与提取手柄连接;留样筒下端封闭,上端与留样筒卡盖连接,留样后可封闭,使样品在密闭状态下保存、送检。临床实际应用表明,该装置可方便、快捷地计量采集粪便样品,且留样准确,送检安全,能有效地防止院内感染,值得临床推广。In view of the nonstandard unsealed delivery of excreta for clinical medical inspection, this paper designed a disposable sample collector, which mainly consisted of sampling barrels and sample containing barrels. The sampling barrel was equipped with plunger inside and connected with collecting handle. With its lower part sealed, the upper part of the sample containing barrel was connected with the sampling barrel so that the collector could be sealed atter sampling and ensure the sealed status during its preservation and delivery for inspection. The practical clinical application demonstrated its convenience in calculation and measurement of excreta samples, accurate sample collection and safe delivery for medical inspection, which could effectively prevent nosocomial infections and deserved wider clinical promotion.
