摘　　要：我院通过加强围手术期相关信息系统的建设,优化手术业务流程,设置关键业务接点,实现了围手术期医疗业务的闭环管理,促进了医疗质量控制模式由事后监督为主向事前预防为主的转变。医疗信息的高度共享,实现了手术全程责任可追溯、有效避免了医疗纠纷、提高了医院的核心竞争力。Through strengthening the construction of related information systems for the peri-operative period and optimizing the operation of business processes, the hospital set the key business contacts and achieved the elosod-loop management of medical services during the peri-operative period, which promoted the transformation of the medical quality control from the supervision mode to the prevention mode. The highly-sharing medical information realized the tractability of the responsibility during full-process operation services, which could prevent medical disputes effectively and improve core competitiveness of the hospital.
