摘　　要：糖尿病管理可视为医疗APP(移动设备应用程序)最接近成熟和价值前景最广阔的应用领域。本文研究和探索基于现代服务业的糖尿病防控APP体系,构建新型随时、随地、普适的糖尿病管理,增强糖尿病防控的可及性、增进医患互动、加强健康教育,提高民众慢性病自我管理能力,以适应国民健康保证的需要。Diabetes management APP （Application） can be regarded as an almost mature application field of medical APP （mobile device application） with great prospect. The diabetes prevention and control APP system was studied and explored based on the modern service industry. Through construction of a new universal diabetes management APP that can be applied at all times and places, the accessibility of diabetes prevention and control as well as the doctor-patient interaction, health education, and people＇s self-management ability of chronic diseases will get enhanced so as to adapt to the needs of national health care.
