烟气SO_2特别排放限值和氨法烟气脱硫技术适配性分析及建议

摘　　要：结合目前国内燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫技术的特点和发展现状,介绍了DB 61941-2014《关中地区重点行业大气污染物排放限值》的颁布背景、依据和特别排放限值,从环保优势、资源利用、脱硫脱硝相结合等角度,分析了有关烟气SO2特别排放限值的可操作性、与氨法烟气脱硫技术的适配性,并提出了相应的促进氨法烟气脱硫技术发展的修订建议。Regarding the features and development status of the domestic desulfurization technology for flue gas from coal-fired boilers,the issuance background,basis and specific emission limits of DB 61941-2014'Emission Limits for Atmospheric Pollutants in Key Industries of Guanzhong Region'are outlined. And in terms of environmental protection advantage,resource utilization,and combination of desulphurization and denitration,the operability of relevant specific emission limits for SO2 from flue gas,and the suitability of the ammonia-process desulfurization technology is analyzed,and relevant revision recommendations to promote the development of the ammonia-process flue gas desulfurization are proposed.
