摘 要:以Pb(NO3)2为铅源,采用浸渍沉淀法制备了PbSO4改性活性炭材料(PbSO4/AC),并进行了XRD,SEM,EDS表征.结果表明:活性炭表面均匀分布着50~100nm的PbSO4晶粒,随着Pb(NO3)2浓度的增加,PbSO4晶粒的数量和尺寸也增加.采用稳态极化法研究了PbSO4/AC的析氢行为,计算了相应的动力学参数.结果表明:与活性炭空白电极相比,在相同电流密度下,PbSO4/AC电极的析氢过电位获得较明显提高.析氢速率随着Pb(NO3)2浓度的增加而减小,当Pb(NO3)2浓度大于0.5mol/L时,析氢速率变化不大.活性炭经PbSO4改性后,析氢反应的塔菲尔方程中a值的增加幅度达20%~30%,交换电流密度i0降低1~2个数量级.PbSO4 modified activated carbon (PbSO4/AC) were prepared by impregnation precipitation method. The composites were characterized by XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that 50--100 nm PbSO4 crystals are homogeneously distributed on the surface of activated carbon (AC). The amount and size of PbSO4 crystal increases with the concentration of Pb (NO3)2 solution. The hydrogen evolution behavior of PbSO4/AC was investigated by steady-state polarization method. The kinetic parameters of hydrogen evolution were obtained. The results show that the hydrogen evolution over potential of PbSO4/AC is increased compared with pure activated carbon. The current density of hydrogen evolution decreases with the concentration of Pb(NO3 )2 solution. As the concentration of Pb (NOs)2 solution is above 0.5 mol/L, the hydrogen evolution rate changes a little. When the activated carbon is modified by PbSO4, the value of a in Tafel equation increases 20-30% and the value of i0 decreases 1- 2 orders of magnitude.
