摘 要:通过对活性炭进行二次负载改性,以提高其在微波协同活性炭氧化工艺中对活性染料废水的色度去除率.主要考察了活性炭改性的活性组分的选择,负载方式的优选以及焙烧工艺的优化.结果表明:二次负载改性活性炭采用先负载锰后负载铜的方式为最优方式,其效果优于混合负载效果;XRD图谱分析表明分别负载Mn和Cu两种活性组分可以以Cu2O,CuO,Mn2O3,MnO2等形式存在于活性炭表面;对于总体积为100mL、质量浓度为0.1g/L的活性艳红溶液,微波2min(微波功率为595 W),先负载锰后负载铜改性活性炭投加量为0.03g/mL,色度去除率达到99%.To enhance the color removal rate of the reactive dye wastewater in microwave assisted with modified activated carbon, the granular activated carbon was two times modification by loading different active groups. The main study of the text was that the selection of the modified active group, the selection of load mode and the optimization of roasting process. The results show that the optimum way for modifying the activated carbon was that first step was loading the manganese and the second step was loading the copper, which is better than the way of two active groups mixed loaded on the carbon. The XRD spectrum analysis indicates that there is Cu20, CuO, Mn2O3 and MnO2 respectively in the surface of activated carbon. The concentration of X-3B solution was 0. lg/L, microwave power was 595 W, microwave time was 2 minutes, the dosage of the modified activated carbon (Mn+Cu-GAC) was 0.03 g/mL in the total volume of 100mL, the color removal rate reached at 99%.
