摘　　要：《动物营养学》是高等农业院校动物科学及相关专业重要的专业基础课程,目前,畜牧养殖业由传统农牧民散养向现代化、集约化、规模化、产业化、高效化和安全化的大型牧场养殖模式转变,传统的单一专业人才相对过剩,而具有创新能力的复合专业人才相对稀缺。作者针对创新人才培养的《动物营养学》教学提出了切合实际的教学改革思路,旨在为基于创新人才培养的《动物营养学》课程教学质量和效果的提高提供一些借鉴和参考。The Animal Nutrition is an important professional foundation course of animal science in agricultural and forestry universities. At present, the animal husbandry industry shifts from traditional agricultural herdsman cage-free to large farms breeding mode of modernization, intensi- fication, industrialization, industrialization, high-efficiency production and securitization. The tra- ditional single professionals were relative surplus, but composite professional talents with innova- tion ability were relatively scarce. The author has put forward the practical teaching reform train in view of teaching reform of Animal Nutrition based on cultivating innovative talents as the goal, and provided some reference to improve the teaching quality and effectiveness of the course of Animal Nutrition.
