IL-6和C反应蛋白与房颤患者左房血栓和重度左房超声自发性显影的关系

摘　　要：目的研究白细胞介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)与心房颤动(房颤)患者左房血栓和重度左房超声自发显影(SEC)的关系。方法 76例房颤患者进行病例对照研究。经食管超声心动图检查,按是否合并心房血栓分为研究组(31例)与对照组(45例)。检测2组患者血清IL-6、CRP水平。结果研究组或者重度SEC的房颤患者血清IL-6分别为(324.13±42.86)ng/L和(332.29±53.17)ng/L、CRP分别为(66.97±17.65)mg/L和(71.81±20.19)mg/L,含量明显高于对照组或无重度SEC的房颤患者[IL-6:(108.75±25.43)ng/L和(93.59±27.82)ng/L;CRP:(17.28±6.52)mg/L和(16.76±8.73)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎症因子IL-6、CRP的血清浓度增高,机体的高炎症状态可能和房颤患者的左心房血栓形成以及重度SEC有关。Objective To investigate the correlation of serum interleukin-6 （IL-6） and C-reactive protien （CRP） levels with left atrial thrombus and severe spontaneous echocontrast （SEC） in patients with atrial fibrillation （AF）. Methods A case-control study of patients with atrial fibrillation （n=76） was carried out. All patients were divided into control group （n=45） and study group （n=31） according to their conventional echocardiography performance. Serum IL-6 and CRP were examined in both groups. Results The levels of serum IL-6 in patients with thrombus and severe SEC were （324.13±42.86） ng/L and （332.29±53.17） ng/L, respectivly which is higher than that in patient without thrombus or without severe SEC （108.75± 25.43） ng/L and （93.59 ± 27.82） ng/L respectively. In parallel, CRP levels in patients of thrombus and severe SEC were （66.97 ± 17.65） mg/L and （71.81 ± 20.19） mg/L respectively which is higher than that in patients without thrombus or without severe SEC （17.28±6.52） mg/L and （16.76±8.73） mg/L respectively. All differences were of statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Increase of serum IL-6 and CRP as well as high systemic inflammatory state correlate with left atrial thombus and severe SEC in patients with AF.
