依替米星联合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗老年支气管扩张患者感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨依替米星局部给药联合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗老年支气管扩张患者感染的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2012年4月-2014年4月77例老年支气管扩张患者为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组39例和对照组38例,两组均予常规治疗,治疗组另外给予依替米星联合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗,两周后比较分析两组患者临床指标,采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果治疗两周后,治疗组患者咳嗽、咳痰消失(6.26±1.14)d,退热(5.95±1.22)d、肺部炎性灶消失(9.23±1.25)d,均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为97.44%和81.58%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依替米星联合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗老年支气管扩张患者医院感染率疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To investigate etimicin combined with bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of infections in elderly patients with bronchiectasis so as to provide references for clinical treatment .METHODS From Apr . 2012 to Apr .2014 ,a total of 77 elderly patients with bronchiectasis were chosen as study objects .They were ran‐domly divided into treatment group with 39 cases and the control group with 38 cases .The two groups were given regular treatments .In addition to this ,the treatment group received etimicin combined with bronchoalveolar lav‐age .Their clinical indicators were compared after two weeks .All data were analyzed by SPSS 16 .0 software . RESULTS After two weeks ,patients in the treatment group relieved from cough and expectoration in （6 .26 ＆#177; 1 .14） d ,and fever abated in （5 .95 ＆#177; 1 .22） d ,pulmonary inflammatory lesion disappeared in （9 .23 ＆#177; 1 .25） d , which were all shorter than those of the control group and the difference was significant （P〈0 .05） .The total ef‐fective rates in the treatment group and control group were 97 .44% and 81 .58% respectively .The treatment group had advantage in the curative effect and the difference was significant （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION Etimicin com‐bined with bronchoalveolar lavage have good effect in treating infections in elderly patients with bronchiectasis , hence is worthy to be promoted clinically .
