摘　　要：女性阴道的微环境健康状态是女性生殖健康的一个重要指标,阴道微环境是一个复杂的系统,阴道内的菌群之间处于一个平衡状态,各菌群共存共生、互相依存,共同维持阴道内微生态菌群平衡,阴道内的这种微生态的系统平衡是一种动态平衡,比较容易受到内源性或外源性因素影响;传统的治疗阴道感染方法主要是以杀灭阴道内的微生物为主,随着对阴道内环境研究的不断深入,人们逐渐意识到保持阴道内微生态平衡的意义、而非盲目使用抗菌药物治疗;由于妊娠期女性孕激素的分泌增多,因此阴道的内环境平衡状态被打破,阴道微生态环境异常,导致很多阴道感染性疾病的发生,该研究就妊娠期阴道的微生态与阴道感染性疾病关系进行综述。The vaginal microenvironment health status is an important indicator for the reproductive health of the females ,and the vaginal microenvironment is a complicated system .The vaginal flora are in a state of equilibrium , they are co‐existed and interdependent and together maintain the vaginal micro‐ecological balance ,which is a kind of dynamic balance and tends to be influenced by endogenous and exogenous factors .The traditional treatment of vaginal infections is mainly to kill the vaginal microbes ,with the deepening of the study on the environment inside the vagina ,people are gradually aware of the significance of maintaining the vaginal micro‐ecological balance rather than blindly use the antimicrobial agents .The balance of vaginal internal environment of the females was broken during the gestation period due to the increase of secretion of progesterone ,and the imbalanced vaginal micro‐eco‐logical environment may lead to the vaginal infectious diseases .The study reviews the relationship between the gestational vaginal microflora and the vaginal infectious diseases .
