摘 要:通过对之江大桥正交异性钢桥面板进行数值模拟,对不同U肋间距、倾角、板厚情况下隐蔽焊缝及其周围区域的应力分布规律和隐蔽焊缝应力监测的适宜区域进行分析。结果表明:U肋翼板与隐蔽焊缝的应力之间具有较好的相关性,横截面的应力比系数δB受U肋间距、U肋与翼板角度及桥面板与U肋厚度比等参数变化的影响无明显规律;可以通过U肋翼板应力换算得到隐蔽焊缝应力,且δB与测点至焊缝的距离有关,U肋翼板1/4高度以下区域为隐蔽焊缝应力监控的适宜区域。Through numerical simulation of the orthotropic steel bridge deck of Zhijiang Bridge, the characteristics of stress distribution in the shelter weld lines and their surrounding regions as well as the proper regions for monitoring the stresses with different U rib spacings, angles and thicknesses are analysed. The result shows that ( 1 ) there is a good correlation in stresses between the U rib flange and the shelter weld lines, there is no obvious law that reflects the stress ratio coefficient δB of the cross-section influenced by the variation of U rib spacing, angle between U rib and flange, and thickness ratio of bridge deck to U rib ; (2) the stress of shelter weld line can be predicted through the stress of U rib flange, and δB is related to the distance between the measuring point to the weld line; (3) the region below one quarter of height of U rib flange is the proper region for monitoring the stress of shelter weld line.
