无回流可调布浆器的结构计算及模拟分析

摘　　要：提出一种无回流可调方锥管布浆器,在进浆总管后壁加设多套调节装置,可减少总管进浆量及浆泵的能耗。并计算出小型无回流可调布浆器的模型,还运用FLUENT分析无回流可调布浆器内浆料的流动特性,根据结果对进浆总管的后壁形状进行优化调整,证明无回流可调布浆器的结构是合理可行的。We present a non-reflux adjustable step diffuser headbox, the rear wall of the inlet pipe increases adjusting device. q-his can make less of pulp entered into the inlet pipe and reduce energy consumption of the fan pump. After Calculated model of the small non-reflux adjustable step diffuser headbox, and we use FLUENT to analyze flow properties of the pulp in the non-reflux adjustable step diffuser headbox. Based on the results, we optimize and adjust the rear wall of the non-reflux adjustable step diffuser headbox, demonstrated non-reflux adjustable step diffuser headbox the structure of non-reflux adjustable step diffuser headbox is reasonable and feasible.
