摘 要:研究煤粉灰烧失量对白度的影响,炭的存在形式及一种最优的煅烧除炭增白工艺。首先通过单因素实验,分析煅烧温度、时间、烧失量和白度之间的关系;接着全面实验,优化煅烧条件;最后通过热重分析,探索煤粉灰内炭的存在形式和其对白度的影响。结果为:本实验样品,最佳煅烧工艺保温30 min,800℃;煤粉灰白度可从32%ISO升高到51%ISO,烧失量为3.5%,除炭量约为70%;煤粉灰中炭有3种存在形式,孤立炭和表面炭是影响煤粉灰白度的主要原因。The relation between loss on ignition and whiteness of coal fly-ash, the forms of carbon presence and the optimal condition of calcined were studied in this paper. Firstly, through single factor experiment, the relations among temperature, time, loss and whiteness were analyzed. Later the optimal condition was proved by experiment. Lastly, the forms of carbon were explored by TG. The conclusions were: calcinated temperature was 800℃ and for 30 minutes, the whiteness promoted from 32%ISO to 51%ISO, loss weight was 3.5%, de-carbon ration was nearly 70%; there were 3 types presence of carbon in coal fly-ash, and the isolated and surface carbon were the main factor to affect the whiteness.
