摘 要:研究酶促打浆对造纸法生产茴香秆薄片物理性能的影响。研究结果表明:酶促打浆与未经打浆酶处理的浆料相比,综纤维素含量下降2.134%,木素下降4.555%,聚戊糖下降0.492%,灰分下降13.927%,苯醇抽提物含量下降24.173%;得率下降3.25%,打浆度下降5oSR,纤维平均长度增加0.02 mm,重均长度增加0.083 mm;薄片抗张指数提高26.45%;撕裂指数几乎增加近1倍;显微镜和SEM照片显示浆料髓细胞明显减少,纤维分丝帚化程度增加;XRD曲线显示结晶度上升3.15%,变化不是很明显。The paper investigated the effects of enzymatic beating on fennel stalk sheet physical properties with papermaking method. The findings indicated that after enzymatic pulping, compared with the blank, the content of holocellulose decreases by 2.134%, the contend of lignin decreases by 4.555%, the content of pontosan by 0.492%, the content of ash decreases by 13.927%, the content of benzyl alcohol extract decreases by 24.173%. Yield of pulp falls by 3.25%, Beating degree decreases by 5°SR, fiber average length increases 0.02 mm, weight average length increases 0.083 mm, the average width and thickness decreases slightly, tensile index of the sheet increases by 26.67%, tear index has an increase of almost 1 times. From the microscope and SEM photograph, myeloid cells is significantly reduced, the fibers are more sub-wire broom, from the XRD curve, crystallinity rises 3.15%, the change is not obvious.
