摘 要:为提高纸张防水和强度性能,采用活性硅溶胶与聚氨酯单体、丙烯酸酯单体共聚制备了硅溶胶/水性聚氨酯有机-无机杂化乳液,并作为纸张表面施胶剂进行了应用性能研究。详细讨论了硅溶胶对杂化乳液外观、粒径及膜吸水率的影响,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)和接触角(CA)测试手段对其性能和应用效果进行了研究。结果表明:当硅溶胶用量为6%时,乳液粒径为60.63 nm,膜吸水率仅为7.2%,表面施胶浓度仅为0.3%时,纸张水接触角可达118°,说明所制备的乳液具有较好的应用性能。In order to significantly improve the water repellency and strength of paper, the silica sol/waterborne polyurethane organic-inorganic hybrid emulsion was prepared by the copolymer of active silica sol with polyurethane monomers and polyacrylate monomers, and the application performance as paper surface sizing agent was also studied. The effect of silica sol on the hybrid emulsion appearance, particle size and film water absorption were discussed, and the performance and application effect were studied by infrared spectroscopy (IR), transmission electron microscope (TEM), contact angle (CA) and so on. The results showed that, as the dosage of silica sol was 6%, the particle size of emulsion was 60.63nm, the water absorption of film was 7.2%, and the concentration of surface sizing agent was 0.3%, the water contact angle was up to 118°, and it had good general application performance.
