摘  要:目的:检验单胺氧化酶A(MAOA)基因启动子区域可变重复序列(VNTR)多态性与应激性生活事件对青少年外化性问题预测作用。方法:随机抽取湖南省长沙市某高中的224名学生,鉴定其MAOA基因型,分别用青少年生活事件问卷(ALEQ)与长处和困难问卷(SDQ)每隔三个月对被试的生活事件和外化性问题进行评估,共8次。运用多层线性模型对收集的数据进行统计分析。结果:1生活事件对男性和女性的外化性问题均有显著的预测作用(男性:B=0.040,P<0.001;女性:B=0.020,P<0.001)。2MAOA基因对男性和女性的外化性问题预测作用均无主效应(男性:B=0.064,P>0.05;女性:B=-0.080,P>0.05)。3女性样本中,MAOA基因与生活事件有显著的交互效应(B=-0.030,P<0.001),即经历同等程度的生活事件后,携带低活性基因型的女性比携带高活性基因型的女性个体更容易表现出外化性问题;男性样本中,MAOA基因与生活事件无显著的交互作用(B=0.005,P>0.05)。结论:MAOA基因对青少年的外化性问题无预测作用;MAOA基因与应激的交互作用能够预测女性青少年的外化性问题,而对男性青少年的外化性问题无预测作用。Objective: To investigate monoamine oxidase A(MAOA) gene promoter region variable number tandem re- peat(VNTR) polymorphism, stress life events and the interaction between them in predicting adolescents' externalizing problems. Methods: A total of 224 students were selected randomly from a public high school in Changsha and were con- ducted 8 times assessment, every participant was identified MAOA genotype and completed ALEQ and SDQ every three months for the subsequent 2 years. Hierarchical Linear Model(HLM) was used for statistical analyses. Results: ①The ef- fects of stress was significant in both males(B=0.040, P〈0.001) and females(B=0.020, P〈0.001); ②No significant effect of MAOA was found in either males or females(males: B=0.064, P〉0.05; females: B=-0.08,P〉0.05); ③The interaction be- tween MAOA gene and stress was significant on externalizing problems in females(B=-0.03, P〈0.001) but not in males(B= 0.005,P〉0.05). Conclusion: The effect of MAOA on externalizing problems may be modulated by the gender, that is, only the females are influenced by the low activity MAOA allele.
