摘　　要："国培计划"呼唤师范院校图书馆构建基础教育文献信息中心。基础教育文献信息中心以"立足中小学、强化师范特色、服务基础教育"为宗旨,以河北师范大学图书馆为中心,采取与中小学、院系及教师教育中心等部门、出版社及专家合作的方式,通过基础教育资源的开发与整合、信息共享空间的规划与布局,为国培教师提供覆盖中小学各学科的优质教育资源、协同学习环境和一站式服务平台。The National Training Program calls the library of normal university to construct its own basic education documentation and information center. The center established by Hebei Normal University is for the primary and secondary schools, which strengthens the teacher training characteristics and serves for basic education. It cooperates with the primary and secondary schools, faculties and departments, as well as the publishers and experts, and develops and integrates their resources, plans and designs information commons, and provides high-quality educational resources for teachers, a collaborative learning environment and a one-site service platform.
