摘　　要：目的 探讨子宫输卵管超声造影中造影剂推注压力与输卵管通畅程度的相关性。方法 选择2015年2~5月在江苏省中医院就诊且接受子宫输卵管超声造影检查的115例不孕症患者,采用Sono Vue造影剂对其行经阴道四维子宫输卵管超声造影检查,记录造影剂推注时的压力,比较输卵管不同通畅程度时推注压力的差异。结果 双侧通畅组和一侧通畅组之间推注压力比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;一侧通畅组和双侧阳性组、双侧通畅组和双侧阳性组之间推注压力比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 子宫输卵管超声造影检查中超声造影剂的推注压力与输卵管通畅性相关。Objective To explore the association between ultrasound contrast agent injection pressure and tubal patency. Methods SonoVue contrast agent was used in 115 patients with infertility for transvaginal four - dimensional ultrasound imaging hysterosalpingography in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM from Feb 2015 to May 2015, the injection pressures of contrast agent injection were recorded and compared in different patency. Results The difference of ultrasound contrast agent injection pressures between bilateral pateney group with one side patency group had no statistical significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The difference of ultrasound contrast agent injection pressures between bilateral patency group and bilateral positive group, one side patency group and bilateral positive group had statistical significacnt （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Ultrasound contrast agent injection pressure in hysterosalpingography is associated with tubal pateney.
