摘　　要：八钢雅矿公司选矿厂在球磨机实际使用中经常出现出料端漏矿现象,影响设备运行效率。经过观察研究,发现出料端筋板结构设计不合理是主要原因,针对该情况进行了改造,并取得了良好的效果。During the actual operation of ball mill in Beneficiation Plant of Ya Mining Corporation of Ba Yi Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. , frequent ore leakage affects the operating efficiency of equipment. Through observation and research, it＇ s found out that the main reason behind this is irrationality in the design of stiffened plate structure at discharge end. Renovation is carried out to address this problem and desirable effects are achieved.
