复方熊胆茵陈颗粒祛痰化瘀作用药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的祛痰化瘀作用。方法:小鼠连续灌胃给药5天,末次给药30min后采用酚红法检测复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的祛痰作用;同时,SD大鼠连续灌胃给药5天,末次给药1h后测定大鼠排痰量,研究复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的祛痰作用;SD大鼠连续灌胃给药14天,末次给药后采用肾上腺素+冷水刺激制造急性血瘀大鼠模型,检测大鼠血液流变学指标,研究复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的化瘀作用。结果:复方熊胆茵陈颗粒中、高剂量组可增加小鼠酚红排泌量,高剂量组可增加大鼠排痰量;复方熊胆茵陈颗粒高剂量可改善肾上腺素+冷水刺激诱导的急性血瘀大鼠全血还原中切黏度和红细胞刚性指数。结论:复方熊胆茵陈颗粒具有一定的祛痰化瘀作用。Objective：To study the effect of eliminating phlegm and removing stasis of compound Xiongdanyinchen granule. Meth- ods： The mice were given corresponding medicines for 5 days, using the method of phenol red to detect the effect of eliminating phlegm of compound xiongdanyinchen granule 30 min later after the last administration, also the rats were ig. 5 days, by measuring the capillary of phlegm to study its eliminating phlegm effect 1 h later after the last administration. And the rats ig 14 days,then the acute blood-stasis model rats were made by injected adrenaline and soaked in ice water after the last administration, by detected the indexes of blood rheology of rats to study its removing stasis effect. Results： High and middle dosage of compound xiongdanyinchen granule can increased the excretory amount of phenol red for the mice, and the high dosage can increased excretory amount of phenol red for the rats. Also,the high dosage can improve RBV （blood viscosity） and IR （Index of rigidity of red cell） in the acute blood-sta- sis model rats. Conclusion. comoound xiongdanyinchen granule showed the effect of eliminating phlegm and removing stasis.
