温阳通络法治疗功能性阳痿临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究温阳通络法治疗功能性阳痿的临床疗效。方法:将90例功能性阳痿患者随机均分为研究组和对照组各45例,对照组患者采用西药治疗,研究组患者采用温阳通络法治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后勃起功能评分、性欲减退、腰膝酸软症状积分及睾酮水平变化情况,并统计治疗总有效率。结果:研究组患者治疗后勃起功能评分为(17.89±1.21)分、性欲减退积分为(0.56±0.13)分、腰膝酸软积分为(0.61±0.12)分、睾酮水平为(6.01±0.26)μg/L,治疗总有效率为91.11%,均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用温阳通络法治疗功能性阳痿可有效改善患者勃起功能,缓解腰膝酸软症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To discuss the curative effect of Wen yang tong luo method in treating functional impotence, aiming to pro- vide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of life of the patients. Methods： 90 cases of patients with functional impotence, randomly divided into research group and the control group on average two groups, patients in the control group used western medicine treatment, research group Wen yang tong luo method for traditional Chinese medicine treatment, Compared the two groups of patients before and after treatment of erectile function score, hyposexuality integral, lumbar debility integral, testosterone content changes, and statistical treatment efficiency. Results： Research group after treatment in patients with erectile function score was （17. 89±1.21） points, loss of libido was （0.56±0.13） points, hyposexuality integral was （0. 61±0.12） points, lumbar debility integral was （6.01±0.26） /zg/L, treatment effective rate was 91. 11%, and were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusioll： Application of Wen yang tong luo method in the treatment of functional impotence can improve clinical symptoms, it is worth promoting.
