疏肝解郁胶囊治疗双相Ⅱ型障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究疏肝解郁胶囊治疗双相Ⅱ型障碍的临床疗效。方法:将60例双相Ⅱ型障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组患者均采用常规心境稳定剂治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者加用疏肝解郁胶囊治疗,对照组患者加用安慰剂治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及转躁情况。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者抑郁症状改善程度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者转躁率相当(P>0.05)。结论:疏肝解郁胶囊可有效改善双相Ⅱ型障碍患者抑郁状态,且不易转躁,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the experience and the clinical effects of the Shugan Jieyu Capsule（that is Antistress and Hepa- toprotective Capsule）. Methods：60 patients with bipolar disorder （Ⅱ） are randomly divided into the study group and the control group. Two groups are treated with a mood stabilizer. The study group is treated with Shugan Jieyu capsule while the control group is treated with placebo. Results ： Depressive symptoms improve better than the control group and the two groups have the equivalent mania switching rate. Conclusion ： Shugan Jieyu capsule has the great effect on improving the depressive state of the patients of bipolar disorder（Ⅱ） and it is not easy to switch to mania.
