摘　　要：目的研究内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)与胃泌素(Gastrin,GAS)在胃癌中的表达以及与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测VEGF、GAS在胃癌中的表达,采用统计学方法分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果免疫组化法检测胃癌组织VEGF阳性率为62.7%(79/126),GAS阳性率为72.2%(91/126)。其中VEGF的表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),GAS的表达与肿瘤患者幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染有关。结论 GAS可能参与Hp阳性胃癌患者的肿瘤发生,而VEGF可能促进胃癌肿瘤的淋巴结转移。Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and gastrin（GAS） in gastric cancer and their relationship with the clinocopathologieal characteristics. Methods We used immunohistochemis- try to detect VEGF and GAS in 126 gastric cancers, their expression were observed by pathologists and their associations with clinicopathological parameters were evaluated. Results The expression rate of VEGF and GAS is 62.7%, （79/ 1 g 6 ） and 72.2 % （91 / 126） respectively in gastric cancer. The expression of VEGF is associated with lymph node metasta- sis（χ2=5. 405, P〈0.05）, and that of GAS is associated with Hp infection（χ2=4. 834, P〉0.05）, VEGF expression is not associated with Hp infeetion（χ2=1. 978, P〉0. 05）, patients age（t=0. 007, P〉0. 05）, clinical stages（χ2=6. 851, P〉0.05）. GAS expression is not associated with lymph node metastasis（χ2=0. 842, P〉0.05）. Conclusion GAS may be involved in the development of Hp-positive gastric cancer, and VEGF may promote the metastasis to lymph node in gastric cancer.
