摘　　要：几年来随着高校教育事业的不断发展,高校建设规模不断扩大,高校生源也越来越广,大学生的质量参差不齐,学生的思想素质也越来越复杂,在很大程度上增加了大学生思想政治教育工作难度。传统的大学生思想政治教育模式已经和高校发展明显滞后,新时期下,不断拓展大学生思想政治教育新途径,进一步完善、优化思想政治工作应作为高校思想政治教育者思考的重点。The construction of college continues to expand, and the scale of college students quality is uneven. The students thought quality is more and more complex, and the difficulty of the ideological and political education work increased more. To develop the new way of ideological and political education, the optimization of ideological and political work should be used.
