摘 要:基于DEA-Tobit模型和2000~2010年面板数据,测度了17个国家研发类FDI的绩效,并对其影响因素进行了实证研究,结论显示:各国吸收利用研发类FDI的能力得到了提升,其中技术水平进步是促进TFP增长的主要动力;中国利用研发类FDI绩效在17个国家中排在第三位,但考察期内的TFP均值仅为0.998,低于1.022的平均水平,其TFP呈下降趋势主要由规模效率变化呈现年均0.2%的下降引致;市场开放程度与利用研发类FDI绩效之间存在显著的正相关关系,是影响各国利用研发类FDI绩效的关键因素。Based on DEA-Tobit model and the 2000 -2010 panel data, this paper measured the 17 national R&D category FDI performance, and conducted empirical research on its influencing factors. It has concluded that : each country's ability for absorption and utilization of R&D of FDI has been improved, technical level which is the main driving force to promote the progress of TFP growth ; China uses R&D of FDI performance in 17 countries ranked N0. 3, but the average study peri- od TFP is only 0.998, lower than the average level of 1. 022, the TFP was average annum decline of 0.2% decline mainly caused by scale efficiency change presents; there was a significant positive correlation between the degree of market open- ness and FDI performance category using R&D is a key factor affecting developed countries in the use of class FDI perform- ance.
