摘　　要：从利益相关方关系的角度识别并构建了项目利益相关方社会网络,基于信息论和决策论的思想,将项目利益相关方社会网络简化成基于信息流的有向网络。以信息熵为指标衡量网络中利益相关方的个体风险,以结构洞分析为计算手段衡量网络的整体风险,提出了项目利益相关方社会网络边界确定的统一算法。This paper builds the project stakeholders social network from the perspective of stakeholder relationships. Based on the idea of Information theory and Decision theory, project stakeholders social network can be simplified into a social net- work based on the flow of information. It uses information entropy as the indexes for stakeholders risk analysis and structural holes as a tool for risk analysis in the whole network. Given this, it designs the boundary determination algorithm of project stakeholders social network.
