摘　　要：综述了多种大型真菌原生质体分离和再生技术,并分析了各因素对原生质体分离和再生的影响,为今后大型真菌的菌种选育和转基因研究提供理论基础。This paper summarized protoplast preparation and regeneration technology of various macrofungi and ana‐lysed factors influencing protoplast preparation and regeneration of macrofungi ,which provides theory basis for the research on breeding and transgene of macrofungi in the future .
