摘  要:电镀铬层的应用范围极为广泛,而常用的六价铬镀液中的Cr(Ⅵ)有毒且严重污染环境,研究环保型的三价铬电镀工艺以取代六价铬电镀工艺是近年来的研究热点。阐述了三价铬镀铬的特点,分析了当前三价铬镀铬体系存在的镀液稳定性差和在镀硬铬时镀层难以增厚的问题及其相应的解决办法,展望了三价铬镀铬的发展方向。There is huge application of chromium plating, however, the frequently-used plating solution contains hexavalent chromium ions which are poisonous and harmful to the environment. Therefore, studying the environmental trivalent chromium electroplating process has become a research hotspot in recent years. In this paper, the characteristics of trivalent chromium electroplating process were discussed. The stability of plating solution and the thickening problem of the process and the corresponding solving methods were emphatically summarized. In addition, the development trend of trivalent chromium electroplating was also discussed.
