社会服务政府购买视阈下学科集成信息服务发展路径研究

摘　　要：分析了学科化服务支撑社会公共服务的现实与愿景,提出了学科集成信息服务在高校图书馆支撑社会服务政府购买中发挥先导作用的思想。综合集成信息服务理念及学科化服务实际,提出了高校图书馆学科集成信息服务的初步定义。对学科集成信息服务在社会服务政府购买中的定位与导向进行了探讨,从五大方面分析了高校图书馆学科集成信息服务支撑社会服务政府购买的具体实施路径,并对其支撑社会服务政府购买的作用与影响进行了阐述。By analyzing the reality and the vision of subject in support of social public service, this paper puts forward the thought that the subject integrated information service plays a leading role in the government purchase social service. Synthesizing the concept of integrated information service and subject service practice, it proposes the preliminary definition of subject integrated information service in university library and explores the positioning and orientation of the subject integrated information service in the social services in government purchases. From five aspects the specific implementation path of university library is analyzed and the role and infl uence to support the government purchase social service are elaborated.
