摘　　要：文章以新型城镇公共信息服务平台的结构内容、建设目标及与新型城镇的互动机理为起点,阐明平台构建的充要条件,论述平台构建应坚持基本的原则。在此基础上,从主体、资源、功能、服务、技术和制度等多视角提出了平台构建策略。As a starting point of the structure and the content, the construction goal and interactive mechanism of public information service platform of new type cities and towns this paper this paper expounds the suffi cient and necessary condition and the basic principles of platform construction. On this basis the platform construction strategy is put forward from the multi-perspective aspects of resources, function, service, technology and policy.
