摘　　要：移动图书馆在资源建设和提供服务的过程中涉及复杂的著作权保护问题,也面临众多侵权的风险。为规避著作权侵权风险,建设移动图书馆应采取以下对策:建立著作权风险评估机制、充分利用法定许可、多途径获取合法授权、著作权声明与读者教育结合及加强著作权保护技术的应用。The process of resources construction and services for mobile library involves complex copyright protection, also encounter a lot of infringement risk. For avoiding the risk of copyright infringement, the mobile library should take the following measures： establish the mechanism for assessing risks of copyright infringement, make full use of the legal license, obtain legal authorization in plenty of ways, combine the copyright knowledge and reader education, and strengthen the application of copyright protection technology.
